In my never-ending search for the perfect winter coat (even as a wimpy winter surrenders silently to spring) I pleasantly stumbled across the Parajumpers Vermont-M. Inspired by the coats worn by US military search-and-rescue teams in Alaska, Parajumpers - PJs for short - generally bleed the kind of rugged manliness you'd only find in the outskirts of Stalingrad. However, the Vermont-M caught my eye for an entirely different reason: It eschews the usual "I just murderized a polar bear with my bare hands" aura for a tough, truly chambers-appropriate tailored sport coat style.
